Recommended Supplements

  • PRE-WORKOUT - such as creatine, NO boosters…anything that will give you that extra “PUMP”

I would almost always recommend a pre-workout for males with no heart problems. Females only if you were going to be doing some sort of competition. These types of supplements help - “hemodialation” contributes to the expansion of blood channels to help deliver nutrients more efficiently. They extend muscle endurance, reduce lactic acid in the muscle, gives you blood-filled muscles (which is imperative if you want new and more muscle), and help shorten the recovery time.

  • POST-WORKOUT - These products are intended to be taken immediately after your workout. Some posts contain creatine and delivery system combined with protein. Post workout formulas are basically a pre-digested meal with a specific protein/carb/fat ratio. This is one of the most important categories of supplements you can get. These supplements help extend the window that you need to feed your body after a workout. They are used to make sure the proper amount of protein and nutrients are being consumed. These products help ensure that your muscles stay flooded with nutrients and do not begin atrophy (wasting away of muscle). I cannot stress enough how important to development it is to take your post immediately after your workout while your body still has that “pump.”

  • FAT BURNERS - These products will help boost your metabolism and speed up body fat loss. Different products will work the problem from different angles, but all recommended products are very efficient and really work. When deciding on a fat burner, make sure you stay away from any that focus on appetite suppression. Appetite and your metabolism working correctly go hand in hand.

  • PRO-HORMONES - This category will consist of any supplement that will increase or elevate testosterone levels. That being said I would only recommend these products for males. Testosterone boosters will help with strength; speed up muscle development and recovery time. These supplements can only be taken cycles at a time, usually no more than 6 weeks.
